SYMPTOMS
When you try to open an existing AxCMS page, you have "The page cannot be found" error returned by IIS 5/6.
CAUSE
- CMS extension in IIS Application Configuration is not mapped
- The IIS checks if the file exists (corresponding checkbox is checked in IIS Application Configuration), but the files are being created on-the-fly by the CMS HttpHandler
